The Shores is Al Zorah's beachfront district, home to the community's most exclusive villas low-density homes with direct beach access and uninterrupted sea views. Developments here include Exclusive 21, a limited collection of 4-bedroom villas with a 5,651 sq ft built-up area on 10,000 sq ft plots, located adjacent to The Oberoi Beach Resort; Beach Hills Villas, two-storey, 4-bedroom duplex villas with private plots and private beach access; and Seaside Hills Villas, 4-bedroom homes with private pools, some in third-row beachfront positions.
