Ajman’s real estate market recorded strong activity during the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2026, with 344 property transactions worth AED 226 million completed on the third day of the event.

The exhibition attracted 6,936 visitors to Emirates Hospitality Hall, highlighting continued interest in Ajman’s growing property and investment market.

Strong Real Estate Activity in Ajman

The AED 226 million transaction value reflects momentum in Ajman’s real estate sector and the emirate’s growing appeal to property buyers and investors.

The exhibition brought together leading property developers, investors, government officials, real estate professionals and other industry participants. Visitors could explore property opportunities while connecting directly with companies and specialists operating across the sector.

The exhibition also featured interactive competitions and prizes.

Real Estate Classification Programme Awards

During the third day, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, honoured the winners of the Real Estate Classification Programme Awards during a ceremony announcing the programme’s sixth-edition results.

The programme supports the development of Ajman’s real estate sector by encouraging improvements in the performance of property development companies and real estate brokerage offices.

Sheikh Abdulaziz highlighted the importance of innovative working methods and integrated services as Ajman’s property market continues to develop.

Exhibition Extended Following Strong Turnout

Strong attendance led Sheikh Abdulaziz to direct that the exhibition be extended for an additional day, giving more visitors and investors an opportunity to attend.

Organised by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, the exhibition highlights the activity and interest in the emirate’s property sector.

With hundreds of transactions and thousands of visitors recorded during the event, the figures further indicate the ongoing development of the Ajman real estate market.
